Preliminary Study The Historical Origins Of Traditonal Chinese Medicine (TCM) Pharmacists Advices And Normalization

Objective:The article purpose is to collect literatures and excavate intension with TCM pharmacists advices;investigate current situation and discuss specification points of TCM pharmacists advices in order to improve cognitive abilities in pharmacists; to provide better pharmaceutical care for clinic.Methods: ① Consult Shen Nong’s herbal classic,Treatise on Febrile Diseases,QianJinyaofang and Compendium of Materia Medica classics and modern medicine literature to summarize related medicine advices. ②Screen and collect advices according to TCM dosage form preparation methods,TCM administration methods,Medication contraindications and nursing after TCM administration 4 aspects to gain rich contents of TCM pharmacists advices.③Take TCM pharmacists advices above metioned as theorical basis and collet the advices points;Design questionnaire of TCM pharmacists advices cognitive abilities.④Select 7 resprentative Hospital TCM pharmacy,and issue 210 questionnaires for investigation.⑤After giving out questionnaires,we use SPSS 19.0 statistical software to analysis the survey results by ANOVA,non-parametric test and factor analysis statistical methods.Assess TCM pharmacists advices cognitive abilities of TCM pharmacists in different hospital,analysis the practical contents of TCM pharmacists advices.⑥Taking the results of documents research and questionnaire analysis as basis,we investigate the specification points for TCM pharmacists advices and build TCM pharmacists advices normalization.Results: ①Literature comb:Shen Nong’s herbal classic is the infancy of TCM pharmacists advices, focused on drug matching and using,TCM compatibility and syndrome differentiation, incompatibilities,administration methods,dose constituted the main content of book.Treatise on Febrile Diseases is the formation stage of TCM pharmacists advices.Its core concepts are TCM decoction methods,TCM administration methods,dietary contraindications during medication,nursing after TCM administration. TCM pharmacists advices and modern medicine make up of the main content of drug use account.②From TCM pharmacists advices cognitive abilities investigation and evaluation,we obtained the TCM phamacists TCM pharmacists advices cognitive abilities in tertiary TCM hospitals were superior.Hospital level,working age,place of work,educationg background such factors have great influences on TCM pharmacists advices cognitive abilities.In the evaluations analysis of different levels general hospitals, professional title have great influences on cognitive abilities of TCM pharmacists,general hospitals need to strengthen pharmacists training of the TCM pharmacists advices.③In building normative TCM pharmacists advices aspects:we studied and proposed normative contents and points of TCM pharmacists advices,contained traditional and innovative advices, including TCM dosage form preparation methods,TCM administration methods, Medication contraindications and nursing after TCM administration 4 aspects.Normatiye advices contents need to be rich and developed.Conclusions:From the historical origins of TCM pharmacists advices,we discovered the TCM pharmacists advices contents rich, which were needed to inherit and innovate.Especially,nursing and effect observation TCM pharmacists advices need to combine with clinic.In clinical investigation, TCM phamarcists inherit traditional advices better than innovative advices, In the development of TCM pharmacists advices,the article is only a beginning of innovation.The general staff continue enriching advices.In future,we should constantly collect TCM literature,from the clinical practice,pay attention to drug account and counseling, enhance continuing education.Give the doctor reasonable advices of drug use and perfect quality of pharmaceutical care to patients.
