| Objective: This study used a Jia Lian Pen Qiang Capsules combined with Golden powder plus TDP irradiation to observe the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease in TCM damp heat and blood stasis syndrome in patients with clinical efficacy,and research Jia Lian Pen Qiang Capsules act on the proin flammatory factor TNF-α and anti inflammatory cytokine IL-10 in the blood of patients with SPID.In order to analyze the mechanism of the drug in treating SPID.Methods : The object of study for the SPID patients are come from the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University obstetrics and gynecology clinic in March 2016 and October 2016,with the study of the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases,30 cases in the control group.The control group was given oral Qian Jin Pian 6 tablets three times a day for 4 weeks;the treatment group was given oral Jia Lian Pen Qiang Capsules 5 capsules three times a day for 4 weeks,during menstruation to stop medication;at the same time be with warm water to paste Golden powder 20 g of the two groups,plus TDP irradiation 30 minutes a day for 4 weeks,during menstruation to stop medication.Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay before and after treatment of two groups of patients with blood pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory factor TNF-αand The content of the factor IL-10;Check the medication patients before medication,4 weeks after treatment,stop medication after 4 weeks examination of abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain,vaginal discharge,menstruation,check and double positive signs of uterine adnexa,and gynecological ultrasound examination results,and score,SPSS 20 software was used for statistical processing of the data.Results:1.the comparison of the efficacy of the two groups The control group cured 4 people(14.3%),markedly 8 people(28.6%),effective in 10(35.7%),invalid 6 people(21.4%),the total effective number of the comprehensive curative effect was 22,the total effective rate was 78.57%;the treatment group were cured after treatment of 8 people(27.6%),markedly 14 people(48.3%),effective in 4(13.8%),invalid 3 people(10.3%),the total effective number of 26 people,the total effective rate was 89.66%;the control group and the treatment group was statistically significant effect(P < 0.05),the comprehensive effect of the treatment group than the control group curative effect good.2.Comparison of two groups of TCM syndromes: The control group cured 4 people(14.3%),markedly 10 people(35.7%),effective in 4(14.3%),invalid 10 people(35.7%),the total effective number of 18 people,the total effective rate was 64.23%;the treatment group cured 11 people(37.9%),effective in 9 people(31%),effective 5(17.2%),invalid 4 people(13.8%),the total effective number of 25 people,the total efficiency of 86.21%;cthe control group and the treatment group was statistically significant effect(P< 0.05),treatment group of TCM Syndrome better than the controlgroup.3.Comparison of the efficacy of local signs of two groups: the control group was 4(14.3%),markedly 16 people(57.1%),effective in 1(3.6%),invalid 7 people(25%),the total effective number of 21 people,the total effective rate was 75%;the treatment group cured 11 people(37.9%),markedly 17(58%),effective in0(0%),invalid 1 people(3.4%),the total effective number of 28 people,the total effective rate was 96.55%;the control group and the treatment group in the treatment of local body was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group of local symptoms better curative effect than the control group.4.Comparison of serum inflammatory factor TNF-levels after treatment in the two groups: the control group after treatment,the serum TNF-levels of 24.33±4.5(pg/ml);after treatment,the serum TNF-levels of 20.33±5.67(pg/ml),the treatment group after treatment,serum TNF-levels were lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Explain the treatment group in reducing TNF-levels better curative effect than the control group.5.The treatment group compared with the control group after treatment,serum inflammatory factor IL-10 levels: serum IL-10 level in control group after treatment was 27.91 ±4.48(pg/ml),the treatment group after treatment,IL-10 level was 39.27±7.44(pg/ml),after treatment,the serum level of IL-10 was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).It shows that the treatment group to increase the level of IL-10 better curative effect than the control group.Conclusion:1.Jia Lian Pen Qiang Capsules combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy on SPID in damp heat and blood stasis syndrome have the treatment effect wasbetter.2.Jia Lian Pen Qiang Capsules could inhibit the expression ofproinflammatory factor TNF-α and promote the secretion and release of inflammatory factor IL-10,thereby regulating inflammatorycytokines and anti-inflammatory factors,so as to improve the cure rate of SPID. |
