Study On The Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Iontophoresis Combined With Electronic Moxibustion In Patients With Lumbar Disc Herniation Of Stagnation Of Qi And Blood

Objective Through clinical randomized controlled trials,selection of different methods of treatment,to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Stagnation of Qi and Blood type of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,so as to establish the intervention mode of treatment of Stagnation of Qi and Blood is safe and effective for lumbar disc hemiation,so as to improve the efficacy of patients and the quality of life of patients.lt also reduce the cost of medical expenses for patients and the community,resulting in good economic and social benefits.Methods 1.Based on the theory of meridians and acupoints,TCM and modern medicine theory,combined with literature review and expert consultation to establish the intervention mode of treatment of Stagnation of Qi and Blood is safe and effective for lumbar disc herniation.The main contents include iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment of acupuncture,start time,duration,frequency and treatment cycle.2.Through randomized controlled clinical study.Selecting 108 patients met the inclusion criteria of patients from December 2016 to February 2017 in the hospital of Ningbo city police inpatients,which were randomly divided into three groups and each group of 36 cases.The experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with electronic moxibustion on the basis of routine nursing care of lumbar disc herniation,The control group I was given traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis treatment on the basis of the routine care of lumbar disc herniation.The control group II was given electronic moxibustion therapy on the basis of routine nursing care of lumbar disc herniation.The intervention time was 2 courses and each course of treatment lasted for 1 weeks.During the course of the treatment,the rest time was 1 days.Once a day,every 30 minutes.Three groups were assessed before the intervention,the first after the end of treatment and after the intervention of patients with VAS score,JOA score,blood routine,liver and kidney function and changes as well as Monitoring adverse events during treatment.At the end of the intervention,the data were collected by hand,and the data were processed by SPSS16.0 statistical software.Finally,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the three treatment methods.Results 1.there was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,VAS score and JOA score between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).The results showed that the three groups were consistent and comparable.2.After the end of each course of treatment in the three groups,VAS score,JOA score compared with the previous treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Explain the three kinds of methods of treatment can reduce Stagnation of Qi and Blood in patients with lumbar disc herniation pain,improve subjective symptoms,clinical signs and daily life ability,have a certain effect.3.Comparison of the scores of the three groups after treatment:(1)There was a significant difference between the three groups in the VAS score of pain relief index(P<0.05).Compared between groups,the traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with electronic moxibustion group was superior to the other two groups,and the electronic moxibustion group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis group,.(2)There was a significant difference between the three groups in the improvement of JOA score after treatment(P<0.05).Compared between groups,traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with electronic moxibustion group was superior to the other two groups.,and the iontophoresis group was superior to the electronic moxibustion group.(3)evaluation of curative effect of three groups after treatment:after treatment,the clinical effect of Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with electronic moxibustion group was better than the other two groups,the TCM iontophoresis group was superior to the electronic moxibustion group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with electronic moxibustion group was 97.06%,and the effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis group was 77.78%,and the effective rate of electronic moxibustion group was 68.57%.4.There was no significant difference in WBC,RBC,Hb and ALT,AST,BUN and Cr between the three groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The results showed that the three methods had better safety.Conclusion This study shows that all three kinds of treatment methods have certain curative effect on the treatment of Stagnation of Qi and Blood type of lumbar disc herniation.However,the treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with electronic moxibustion can reduce the patients with lumbar disc herniation pain effectively,improve the subjective symptoms,clinical signs and the ability of daily life,the curative effect is better than the other two methods,and to improve the curative effect of Stagnation of Qi and Blood type of lumbar disc herniation has certain clinical value.The treatment process did not appear obvious aggravation and other adverse reactions;detection of blood and liver function before and after treatment,there were no abnormal changes and adverse reactions.The results showed that the three methods had better safety.Therefore,Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with electronic moxibustion has obvious therapeutic effect on Stagnation of Qi and Blood type of lumbar disc herniation,is a safe and effective,painless,economical and convenient treatment,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
