Objective: To study the effect of moxa smoke in preserving the rat,By observing the high and low smoke under the environment of different concentration of ai rat myocardial pathological changes and the changes of troponin,to judge the moxa smoke of myocardial injury,Observing the smoke within the rats on single amine neurotransmitter dopamine and serotonin,the influence of the influence of human body in order to further explore the moxa smoke provide experimental basis,as well as clinical moxibustion clinic environment security to provide experimental basis.Methods: Custom two identical specifications for 100 cm x 100 cm by 100 cm moxibustion box,box each side holes in order to adjust the moxa smoke density,Air quality is stipulated in the national standard of PM2.5 levels(secondary concentration limit of 0.075 mg/m3)twice as low concentration,six times as high concentration.Please professional qualified company to detect the contents of PM2.5 in the moxibustion to determine the high and low concentration of moxa smoke,clean health level 60 SD rats,normal group and the high and low concentration group and each group of 20,high and low concentration group of moxa smoke eight hours a day,100 days.Animal materials for 101 days,detection of electrocardiogram(ecg),blood and preserving,myocardial and brain tissue pathological observation,at the same time with ELISA method to measure serum,cardiac troponin I and brain dopamine,serotonin levels,.Use SPSS 22.0 for Windows statistical analysis of the differences of the results of each group.Results: 1,compared with normal group,high concentration and low concentration group electrocardiogram(ECG)and heart rate(HR)variability has no statistical significance(P > 0.05);Heart pathological structure also has no change.2,compared to the normal group,high concentration and low concentration group of Troponin I change is not obvious,there is no statistical significance(P > 0.05);Comparing the two,high concentration and low concentration group has no difference(P > 0.05).3,compared to the normal group,low concentration and high concentration groups of dopamine and serotonin has increasing trend,but no statistical significance(P > 0.05);Pair-wise comparison,high concentration and low concentration group has no difference(P > 0.05).Conclusions:(1)A certain concentration range of moxa smoke does not cause tiny injury of rat myocardium,and is no effect on the rat cardiac function.(2)The certain concentration range of moxa smoke without pathological damage of rats had.(3)Different concentrations moxa smoke environment can promote a single amine neurotransmitter in the brain DA release,but there was no difference between groups.
