Clinical Observation On Manipulation Of Regulating Jingjin And Exercise Therapy In The Treatment Of External Humeral Epicondylitis

1 ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of manipulation of regulating Jingjin-(soft tissue)combined with exercise therapy for external humeral epicondylitis。2 MethodsSixty patients were randomized into treatment group and control group with 30 in each.The treatment group was treated with manipulation of regulating Jingjin and exercise therapy.The control group was treated only with simple massage.The manipulation lasted for30 minutes each time,once every other day,and 15 times as on treatment course.Respectively,before and after treatment the degree of pain assessment,and with reference to improve An and Morrey elbow for patients with symptoms,including activities,strength,stability,pain socre,and observe the clinical effects.3 Results(1)The efficacy of the two groups:the total effective rate of 93.3%in the treatment group,the total effective rate of 83.3%in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the evaluation indexes of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the two groups of patients with tenderness,improved An and Morrey elbow function scores were significantly improved(P<0.05),Can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.4 ConclusionManipulation of Regulating Jingjin and Exercise Therapy in the Treatment of External Humeral picondylitis can obviously relieve local pain,improve the clinical curative effect.And in the course of treatment,the treatment of simple operation,less pain,easy to accept,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
