| Objective Through the observation of traditional Chinese medicine of invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis,the changes before and after treatment in patients with chronic nephritis spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome of 24 h urine protein quantitative,serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),estimated glomerular considered rate(e GFR)and the change of TCM syndrome integral,discusses the method of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical curative effect of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods Choose 60 cases included in the standard of chronic glomerulonephritis patients with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,according to random number table method were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases,choose 30 cases of healthy persons as normal group.The treatment group and the control group were given basic treatment.The control group was given valsartan 80 mg on the basis of the basic treatment,1 times a day.The treatment group was given 1 doses of traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating the spleen,tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis,which was given daily for two times.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment for 24 h urine protein,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,quantitative estimated glomerular filtration rate and the change of TCM syndrome integral value.Results1 In the treatment process,2 patients were excluded,and the treatment group and the control group were excluded in each of the 1 cases,the actual completion of a total of58 cases.2 Curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine:Clinical disease curative effect:The total effective rate was 72.41% in the control group,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 89.66%.The treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).TCM syndrome curative effect:The total effective rate of the control group was68.97%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10%.The treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).TCM syndrome score:After treatment,the symptom scores of two groups were decreased compared with before treatment.Two groups after treatment compared with before treatment P were less than 0.05.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group.3 Biochemical indexes:24h urine protein quantitation:After 4 weeks of treatment,the urine protein content of the two groups of patients in the 24 hours decreased(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the 24 h urinary protein in the two groups was significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.Creatinine,urea nitrogen,glomerular filtration rate:There was no significant difference in the levels of Scr,BUN and e GFR between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of Scr,BUN and e GFR in two groups were not statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion1 Chinese medicine Jianpi Yishen Huayu method can improve the TCM syndrome of chronic glomerulonephritis patients with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce the level of urine protein in 24 hours.Based on the method of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the effective method of treatment of chronic nephritis.2 In this study,the patients with Jianpi Yishen Huayu method of Chinese medicine did not appear adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,skin rash,and so on.The safety index before and after treatment did not change significantly.It is suggested that the traditional Chinese medicine of invigorating spleen,tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis has good safety. |
