Objective: To investigate the correlation between the symptoms and the symptoms of anxiety and depression in patients with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods: a total of 91 cases of IBS patients completed self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self rating Depression Scale(SDS),adult health questionnaire 15-somatic symptoms scale(adult self rating),IBS scale questionnaire(IBS-SSS),the disease also collected all cases of the corresponding clinical data,statistics and analysis of IBS in patients with digestive tract the symptoms and symptoms of somatization and anxiety,depression and the relationship between the distribution of.Results: The anxiety of patients with the prevalence rate of IBS was 52.7%(48/91),anxiety score(50.01 + 12.45),depression prevalence rate was 48.35(44/91),depression score(52.37 + 13.31),somatization symptom score(9.37 + 5.66)IBS,gastrointestinal symptom score(206.96 + 88.97);correlation analysis showed that IBS patients with gastrointestinal symptoms and the severity of anxiety and depression and somatization symptom severity(positive correlation coefficients were 0.392,0.355,0.479,and P<0.05);somatization symptoms and the severity of anxiety and depression severity was positively correlated(the correlation coefficients were 0.549,0.483,and P<0.05),including back pain,muscle pain,fatigue,sleep problems are the risk factors influencing anxiety(P < 0.05),indigestion,palpitation is depression risk Risk factors(P < 0.05).Conclusions: parenteral somatization,anxiety and depression are common in IBS patients,and extraintestinal symptoms of anxiety and depression and somatization are both mutual promotion relations,so we should take the strategy to alleviate the psychosomatic symptoms of somatization and the improvement of anxiety and depression.
