Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Shu He Gan Pi Fa On Treating The Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome And The Effect Of Anxiety And Depression

Purpose:By comparing the clinical experience with Zhushao Decoction and Macrogol 4000 Powders(Forlax)for the effective treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type constipation irritable bowel syndrome treatment of depression and anxiety,and the intervention effect of Chinese medicine treatment,seek new ideas,to provide reference data for clinical use.Methods:58 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group were 29 cases.The experimental group received self service Zhushao decoction,control group administrated Macrogol 4000 powder for oral solution(Forlax),were treated for 6 weeks.The symptom scores and anxiety/depression scores of the two groups of patients were analyzed by using the TCM clinical syndrome integral list and the General Hospital Anxiety Depression(HAD)Scale.The symptom scores and anxiety/depression scores of the two groups were observed and analyzed before and after treatment.The clinical symptoms and mental state of the patients before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and analyzed statistically.Result:1.The total effective rate was 100%in the experimental group and 68.97%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant in statistics(P<0.01),suggesting that the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Two groups of TCM clinical syndrome integral lower earlier(P<0.01),the treatment group is better than control group(P<0.01).3.The two groups before and after treatment of the main symptom score before treatment were decreased,but in terms of difficult defecation,abdominal pain,anorexia,belching,improvement of psychiatric symptoms,the efficacy of the experimental group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05);and in the treatment of dry stool,defecation frequency,two group there was no significant difference(P>0.05).4.The scores of depression and anxiety(HAD)before and after treatment in the two groups were decreased,but the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).5.Two groups of patients before and after treatment,blood,urine,stool routine and liver and kidney functions were not significantly abnormal.Conclusion:Shu He Gan Pi Fa can significantly improve the Liver stagnation and spleen deficiency of irritable bowel syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms,and can improve the depression and anxiety of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
