| Objective : By detecting the expression of renal function,vascular endothelial growth factor and renal pathology in rats with renal ischemia reperfusion injury at different time intervals,to understandi the function of vascular endothelial growth factor in renal ischemia reperfusion injury and the intervention of tetramethylpyrazine.Methods:Establish the renal ischemia reperfusion injury model in rats,determine the expression of VEGF in different groups by ELISA,and anylize the correlation indexes of renal pathology and renal function.Result:1.Blood potassium and blood urea nitrogen in t IRI group and TMP groupare higher than the same period of sham group,The results were statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Blood potassium and urea nitrogen in TMP group were lower than those in IRI group,The results were statistically significant(P<0.05);3.There were significant differences in blood potassium and urea nitrogen between IRI group and TMP group at 12 hours and 24 hours.4.The levels of serum creatinine in IRI group and TMP group were higherthan sham group in the same period,The levels of blood creatinine in TMP group was lower than that in IRI group,The increase of blood creatinine in 12 hours was lower than that in IRI group.5.The Paller’s scores were significantly higher in the IRI group and the TMP group than those in the sham operation group.The Paller ’s score of the renal tubules in the TMP group was less than that in the IRI group;6.The expression of serum vascular endothelial growth factor in IRI group and TMP group was significantly higher than that in sham operation group.The expression of VEGF in the rats of ligustrazine group was lower than that in the ischemia-reperfusion group at 12 hours after operation.Conclusion:1.The IRI model of rats was successfully established after 60 min of ligation of the left inferior border of the spinal column,0.5 cm and the lower edge of back.the model was successful and the success rate was high;2.In the ischemic reperfusion group and ligustrazine group,the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor increased 12 hours after operation,vascular endothelial growth factor can be used as an indicator of early renal ischemia injury;3.Tetramethylpyrazine can reduce the value of serum potassium,creatinine,urea nitrogen,score of renal tubular injury,serum VEGF expression after renal ischemia reperfusion injury,and play the role of protecting kidney structure and function. |
