Investigation And Study On The Related Risk Factors Of The Patients With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

ObjectiveTo explore the risk factors of the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),to prevent the occurrence of PCOS,to adjust the lifestyle and improve the treatment provide a scientific basis.MethodsThis was a case-control study,138 cases of PCOS patients and 152 healthy women were investigated by self-made PCOS questionnaire,including general data,living habits and clinical features.The data was analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistical software: Chi-square test was used to compare the difference between the factors in the case group and the control group.Univariate analysis was used to analy variables which was in the unconditional logistic regression showed statistically significant.Results1.Univariate analysis showed that the risk factors of PCOS include education level,medical expenses payment method,overeating,eating diet pills,drinking,smoking,exercise habits,sleep quality,anxiety,family maternal menstrual disorder history,family paternity early bald history,family obesity history,family diabetes history,fertility circumstance,infertility circumstance,menstrual cycle,menstrual period,menstrual blood volume,body mass index,crinosity and acne.2.Non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the riskfactors of PCOS include anxiety(OR=7.399,95%CI: 3.044 ~ 17.984),family history of obesity(OR=8.582,95%CI: 1.976~37.280),smoking(OR=3.583,95%CI: 1.550 ~ 8.282),infertility(OR=7.247,95%CI: 2.081 ~ 25.240),menstrual cycle(OR=8.190,95%CI: 2.189 ~ 30.638),menstrual period(OR=3.772,95%CI: 2.036 ~ 6.805),menstrual blood volume(OR=4.821,95%CI: 1.300 ~ 17.874),body mass index(OR=22.054,95%CI: 6.057 ~80.302)and crinosity(OR = 2.042,95% CI: 1.097 ~ 3.801).Fertility circumstance(OR = 0.530,95% CI: 0.097 ~ 2.097)was a protective factor of PCOS.Conclusions1.The risk factors related to PCOS were body mass index,family history of obesity,menstrual cycle,anxiety,infertility,menstruation,fertility circumstance,menstrual period,smoking and crinosity.Fertility circumstance was a protective factor of PCOS.2.According to the selected risk factors,the PCOS health education social should be carried out on reproductive age women by the social related departments,especially on the PCOS high risk group.And the PCOS patients should reduce and remove the risk factors to improve the therapeutic effect.
