Application Research Of Family Rehabilitation Based On We Chat Platform In Parents With Cerebral Palsy Children

Objective:To investigate demands and influencing factors of family rehabilitation by WeChat platform among parents with cerebral palsy children,and provide theoretical basis for making platform module content.Provide targeted family rehabilitation guidance to parents by the WeChat platform,then explore it’s availability and influence in parents.Methods:This study combining quantitative research and qualitative research together,divided into three stages.Stage1: semi-structured interview used in parents with cerebral palsy children through in purpose sampling,until there were no longer new subject and ended the interview.On this basis,through expert enquiry built a questionnaires for the demand of rehabilitation guidance,then investigated 120 parents selected by purposive sampling.Stage2: applied WeChat platform and designed push content in the framework of preliminary demand survey results.Promoted WeChat platform based on the hospital,interacted with parents through WeChat group chat to understand the dynamic requirements.Stage3: three months later,sent the questionnaire to parent through the platform to investigate the influence of the use of WeChat platform.Results:On the stage 1: the utilization rate of WeChat for cerebral palsy parents was 95.54%,of which only 32.14% parents focused on WeChat of cerebral palsy rehabilitation information,however,there were 94.64% parents would like to focus on WeChat of cerebral palsy rehabilitation information guidance.The score of demand was(31.80± 7.60)points,and it was influenced by parents’ education level.The frequency of parents read WeChat was(2.57±1.60)times per day,and mainly reading time concentrated before bedtime.The most needed guidances were massage technique,walk(stand)training,online communication,diet guidance and speech training guidance.On the stage 2: since December 10,2016,there were 190 users from 25 provinces among which 138 users were form Jiangxi province.28 messages were clicked by 1361 parents for 3586 times in total and menu were clicked by 879 parents for 1001 times,clicks per capita was 1.14 times/person.The most popular secondary menu were WeChat group chat,massage guidance,viability assessment,walk(stand)training,language training.On the stage 3: there were 60 parents joined our research,50% parents "always read" and "occasionally read" push message.And there were 53.3% parents "always read carefully",95% parents "often" recommended WeChat to other parents,83.3% parents forwarded excellent graphic message to their own WeChat circle of friends.The consciously help degree of WeChat platform for parents its score was(7.88±1.59),90% of parents said they were satisfied with our WeChat platform.Conclusion:Parents’ demand of learning rehabilitation knowledge is high,they are satisfied with the WeChat platform.Parents can get more professional and emotional support.WeChat platform can be used as a learning tool which supports parents with cerebral palsy children and promotes they do effective rehabilitation exercise on their children.
