| BackgroundSleep obstacle has become the contemporary social health problems.Sleep disorders,including sleep,obstructive sleep apnea,restless leg syndrome and sleep cataplexy,etc.Human life one of about a third of time is spent in sleep,there is no denying that sleep is a very complicated process.Between different sleep stage,the body function exist obvious differences,such as heart rate variation rate,blood pressure,body temperature,hormone secretion,and the immune system,etc.When in sleep disorders is often accompanied by night blood pressure,heart rate is accelerated,immune system,with the sympathetic nervous system excitement,parasympathetic nerve was relatively inhibition performance,and increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.For sleep disorder is less about sleep dysrhythmia for the influence of high blood pressure,this study hopes through sleep score in search of the best sleep rhythm.Objective1.A preliminary study on the distribution of sleep rhythm in patients with newly diagnosed hypertension2.To analyze the effects of different types of sleep rhythm on daytime mean blood pressure,nighttime mean blood pressure and 24 h mean blood pressure3.Understand different types of circadian rhythm lost sleep disorders in patients with liver function,renal function,glycosylated hemoglobin,homocysteine and lipid and related biochemical indexes related risk factors of danger.Hope that through early-late Questionnaire(Moningness-Eveningness Questionnaire,MEQ)score,was to high blood pressure in patients with sleep disorders sleep score.Preliminary discussion on different paragraphs sleep-wake pattern on the blood pressure and related biochemical indexes,the effect of finding the best way of Sleep,the Circadian Rhythm of tonal Sleep Disorders(Circadian wrote just Sleep Disorders,CRSDs)on patients with early intervention,so as to reduce the risk of high blood pressure.MethodsIn July 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital between cardiology,hospitalized patients.For selected patients for early-late Questionnaire(Morningnsee-Eveningness Questionnaire,MEQ)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality INDEX,PSQI)score,patients with sleep quality(score> 6 points)were excluded from the sleep quality score,according to MEQ score first diagnosis hypertension can be divided into early,middle and late group.For the group to record the patient’s general condition in detail,the three groups of blood routine,urine routine,liver function,renal function,total cholesterol,such as a full set of relevant biochemical tests.All materials adopt SPSS21.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.ResultAfter screening,a total of 144 patients with newly diagnosed hypertension were enrolled in this study.The average age of all patients was 66.6 ±5.3 years old,and the ratio of male to female was 1.29:1.There were no significant gender differences in age distribution,the proportion of smokers,systolic blood pressure and so on.The comparison between groups showed that there was statistical difference in blood pressure between groups.The average daytime blood pressure and nighttime mean blood pressure of the elderly group were higher than those of the other two groups.Low cholesterol LDL as an independent risk factor for hypertension showed a significant positive correlation with sleep score.Conclusion:the blood pressure and heart rate in the evening group are higher than those in the other two groups. |
