Kidney Of Bi Soup Combined Methotrexate For The Treatment Efficacy And Safety Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Research purpose:Kidney of bi soup combined methotrexate for the treatment efficacy and safety of rheumatoid arthritisResearch method:Clinical selection conforms to RA diagnostic criteria jointly launched by US ACR(the American rheumatism association)and Europe RULAR(the European Union fights rheumatism)in 2010,with 78 cases of patients whose disease in the active period(DAS28 score > 3.2).Patients are randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group with 39 cases.Treatment group use the kidney bi soup with methotrexate therapy,and control group take methotrexate combined treatment.Observe and record the two groups of patients respectively before and after treatment in 16 weeks(8 weeks for one period of treatment,totally two courses).Record data includes joint tenderness counting,joint swelling,pain in patients with visual analogue scale(VAS),the overall assessment of the condition(Pt GA)to the overall assessment of the condition,the doctor(Ph GA),and health assessment questionnaire(HAQ)and laboratory indexes,blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function,rheumatoid factor(RF),CCP antibody resistance,blood sedimentation(ESR),c-reactive protein(CRP),and compare the two groups after treatment ACR20,ACR50,ACR70 remission rate and DAS28 average changes before and after the treatment.Research Result:Total 78 patients with rheumatoid arthritis complete this 16 weeks of study,with39 members in kidney of bi soup combined methotrexate group(hereinafter referred to as the treatment group)and rest 39 in methotrexate songs from the joint group(hereinafter referred to as the control group).In terms of disease curative effect,two groups have no significant difference in the course of 8 weeks&16 weeks.In laboratory indicators(such as ESR,CRP,RF)two groups have no statistical differences.Anti CCP has no significant difference in 8 weeks,but after 16 weeks the treatment group was lower than those of control group and this difference was statistically significant.In the case of toxicity,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.Symptoms of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in two groups,the treatment group compared with control group,there was no significant difference.In white blood cells decline,the treatment group is much lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant.There were 6 cases of hair loss in control group and no hair loss in treatment group,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Kidney of bi soup with methotrexate therapy rheumatoid arthritis that have exact curative efficacy and high safety.
