Background:With the outbreak of the national movement, the incidence of anterior cruciate ligament rupture is increasing year by year, which often occurs in young and middle-aged people.Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction(ACLR)is the current standard treatment for ACL rupture. The recovery of ACL function after ACLR is not only dependent on the restoration of anatomical structure, but also the restoration of proprioceptive function. The angle reproduction of knee on joint position sense(JPS)is one of the methods to training and testing proprioception. The angle reproduction of knee has been succeed applied in joint position sense. However, this method wasn't much used on proprioception training. Objective:In this research,we are aiming to study the effect of the angle reproduction training on Proprioception in patients with ACLR by combining the Visual digital software and Internet communication. We hope to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of the angle reproduction training in the treatment of ACLR at modern medical level and provide scientific backing for the clinical application and promotion. Methods:Patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected and divided into experimental group and control group randomly. The patients in control group were treated with rehabilitation education, physical therapy,self-training and other conventional treatment; The patients in experimental group were treated JPS combined with conventional rehabilitation. At each time point(Before operation,1 week after operation, and after operation for 5 weeks)the patients were evaluated by JPS(15°?30°?45°),Circumference Atrophy index of lower limb,Lysholm,BBS,BI.Test results were analysised by statistical software of 20.0 SPSS.P value ?0.05 was regarded as significant difference. Results:The study included 61 patients who met the criteria, including the experimental group(n = 31)and the control group(n = 30).1.Proprioception of the knee1.1 Compared with preoperative,5 weeks after operation each of two groups in the injured knee position to reproduce were significantly higher than that before surgery(P<0.05)and the difference of JPS experimental group was lower than control group. But compared with preoperative, there were no significant differences between two groups of contralateral(P>0.05).1.2 Compared to the two groups at 5 weeks after operation, the experimental group of injured knee position to reproduce were significant differences in 30°,45°(P<0.05).Compared to the two groups at 5 weeks after operation, the experimental group of injured knee position to reproduce were no significant differences in 15° and contralateral all target degrees(P>0.05).2.Circumference Atrophy index of lower limb2.1 Compared with preoperative,5 weeks after operation each of two groups of patients on 10cm patellar circumference atrophy index(P<0.001),10cm infrapatellar circumference atrophy index(P<0.05)was statistically significant, and atrophy index in experimental group was lower than control group.2.2 Compared to the two groups at 5 weeks after operation,on 10cm patellar circumference atrophy index,10cm infrapatellar circumference atrophy index had significant statistical difference(P<0.05).3.Lysholm score,VAS,Berg scale and BI3.1 Compared to the two groups of patients preoperative and postoperative 1 week,1 week and 5 weeks after operation,Lysholm score,VAS,Berg scale,BI index showed a very significant difference(P<0.001).Compared to the two groups of patients preoperative and postoperative 5 weeks,VAS,BI index had significant statistical difference(P<0.05),but Lysholm score and BBS score were no significant differences.3.2 Compared to the two groups at 1 week and 5 weeks after operation,Lysholm score,VAS,Berg scale,BI index were not statistically significant(P>0.05),but at 5 weeks after operation, the experimental group Lysholm score,Berg scale,BI index were higher than control group, and the results of VAS are lower than the control group. Conclusions:On the basis of conventional rehabilitation, supplemented by visual digital software guide reproduce the position of the knee joint is good for ACLR patients. It is beneficial to the recovery of proprioception, prevention of muscle atrophy and the improvement of the whole function of the knee. This method is simple and feasible. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
