Effect Of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule On Patients With PTA Of Infrapopliteal Artery

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule on patients with PTA of infrapopliteal artery.Subjects:Select patients hospitalized in Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences From February 2015 to May 2016,with lower extremity arterial occlusive disease,TCM Blood Stasis existing,underwent PTA of infrapopliteal artery,these patients are 40 cases totally.Methods:The 40 patients were randomly divided into conventional treatment group(control group)and Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(treatment group),each group are 20 cases.The control group was treated with aspirin 100 mg,Qd;the treatment group was treated with aspirin 100 mg,Qd+ Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule,6 capsules,bid(From the third day after operation to the end of the follow-up of six months).In the preoperative,postoperative 3 days and six months after operation,the patients were tested by Rutherford classfication,ABI,and the records of the relevant laboratory tests.At the end of follow-up,the data of these two groups of patients were statistically analyzed to evaluate the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule on patients with PTA of infrapopliteal artery.Results:1 The patients in the two groups were similar in age,gender,medical history,PTA treatment and so on,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>O.05),2 Patients of the two groups of fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL)and interleukin-6(IL-6),high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),fibrinogen(Fg)laboratory indexes,had no significant difference in statistics(P>0.05)before traditional Chinese medicine treatment;six months after operation,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).3 3 days after PTA,the Rutherford classfication of the treatment group and the control group was not significantly different between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Six months after PTA,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 3 days after PTA of infrapopliteal artery,ABI of the two groups were significantly increased,but no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05);six months after PTA,statistical difference of ABI between the treatment group and the control group was significant(P<0.05).No adverse events occurred during the follow-up period.Conclusion:Xuefuzhuyu Capsule with the function of anti atherosclerosis,expansion of blood vessels,improving blood rheology and microcirculati and reducing blood lipids,has certain intervention effect to maintain and improve the efficacy of PTA of infrapopliteal artery,can relieve clinical symptoms and signs and improve the quality of life.
