Background:Coronary heart disease(CHD)is the main disease that threatens human health.LDL-C,ApoB,ApoAl,TG,TC,HDL-C and Lap levels are important risk factors for coronary heart disease, especially LDL-C and apoB levels, which are treatment targets based on the clinical guidelines. The SYNTAX(Synergy between PCI with TAXUS and Cardiac Surgery)score(SS)is used to assess coronary lesion complexity based on anatomical characteristics such as lesion location, severity, bifurcation and calcification. Many studies have reported that as the SS increases, revascularization options change, and the rate of adverse long-term cardiovascular events increases. However, only a few studies have focused on the predictors of SS.Therefore,we evaluated common serum lipid parameters in patients with stable angina pectoris to determine what should be considered related to SYNTAX score. Objective:The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between LDL-C and ApoB levels and the SYNTAX score in patients with stable angina pectoris. Methods:This retrospective study enrolled a total of 548 patients who were suspected to have coronary artery disease(exclusion of acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery bypass graft surgery, coronary stent implantation, liver and kidney dysfunction, cancer, infection)and who underwent coronary angiography examination in Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University between December 2013 and August 2014.According SYNTAX Scores integration into the non-CHD group, low SYNTAX Scores group(1?SS<23),middle SYNTAX Scores group(23<SS<33)and high lower SYNTAX Scores group(33?SS).The data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software to compare the blood biochemical indexes(HDL-C,TC,TG,Apolipoprotein B,creatine kinase isoenzyme, and blood routine, etc.),and analysis the correlation with SYNTAX Score. Results:A total of 395 patients were diagnosed with CAD and 153 were not.The mean SS was 20.78±10.42.According to Spearman's rho analysis, positive correlations between the Lpa,LDL-C,ApoB,TC and SYNTAX score were determined to be statistically significant(r=0.132,0.632,0.599,and 0.313,respectively;p<0.01),whereas HDL-C,apoAl,and apoAl/apoB levels showed a significantly negative correlation(r=-0.29,-0.344,and-0.561,respectively;p<0.01).At the same time,a multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that LDL-C,ApoB,ApoAl/ApoB,Fg,and HDL-C levels had an effect on SS(the standardized regression coefficients were 0.41,0.29,-0.12,0.08,and-0.09,respectively;p<0.05).Conclusions:LDL-C,ApoB,ApoAl/ApoB,Fg and HDL-C levels affected the SYNTAX score and were predictors of coronary heart disease complexity.
