ObjectiveThe purpose of this research was to analyze the correlation between SYNTAX score and LDLC/HDLC ratio, single blood lipid index including total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with left main and/or triple-vessel disease. The research was designed to explore the potential value of LDLC/HDLC ratio in predicting the severity and risk stratification of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease, and to provide some reference value for clinical application.Materials and MethodsThis research retrospectively collected 706 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by clinical symptoms and selective coronary angiography in the cardiovascular department of our hospital from June 2010 to February 2015.Patients were in accordance with left main and/or triple-vessel disease and complete clinical data.Basic clinical data and auxiliary examination results were collected.Patients were divided into low score group(?22 points)and high score group(?22 points)according to the SYNTAX score.Compare and analyze:(1)the difference of basic clinical data between two groups;(2)the difference of auxiliary examination indexes between two groups;(3)the correlation between basic clinical data and SYNTAX score;(4)the correlation between auxiliary examination indexes and SYNTAX score;(5)the influencing factors of SYNTAX score stratification analyzed by multivariate logistic regression;(6)the efficacy of LDLC,TC and LDLC/HDLC to predict the stratification of SYNTAX score was evaluated by drawing ROC curve.Results1.There was no significant difference in sex ratio, height, weight,BMI,systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, history of hypertension, history of diabetes and history of smoking between the two groups, and the proportion of patients with age and chronic heart failure in the middle and high score group was higher than that in the low score group, and the difference was statistically significant.2.TC,LDLC and LDLC/HDLC levels of the middle and high score group were higher than those of the low score group, while the HDLC level,eGFR and LVEF of the middle-high score group were lower than those of the low score group, and the difference was statistically significant.3.SYNTAX score was positively correlated with age and history of chronic heart failure.4.There were positive correlations between TC,LDLC,LDLC/HDLC levels and SYNTAX score, and negative correlations between HDLC,eGFR,LVEF and SYNTAX score.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that LDLC/HDLC ratio was an independent influencing factor of SYNTAX score(p<0.001).5.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that LDLC/HDLC ratio was an independent factor affecting the stratification of SYNTAX score(p<0.001).6.The AUC of SYNTAX score stratification predicted by TC,LDLC levels and LDLC/HDLC ratio were 0.621(p<0.001),0.654(p<0.001)and 0.720(p<0.001)respectively.The difference between AUC was statistically significant.Conclusion1.In patients with left main and/or triple-vessel disease,TC,LDLC levels and LDLC/HDLC ratio were positively correlated with SYNTAX score, while HDLC level was negatively correlated with SYNTAX score.2.In patients with left main and/or triple vessel disease,LDLC/HDLC ratio was an independent factor affecting SYNTAX score and SYNTAX score stratification.3.In patients with left main and/or triple-vessel disease,LDLC/HDLC ratio was more sensitive than LDLC or TC levels in predicting the severity of coronary heart disease.
