With the rapid development of computer technology and electronic information technology,in terms of our own diagnosis of the disease,its diagnosis methods also had a huge change. Computer technology and modern medical technology combined with computer technology to aid teaching and training and clinical practice of surgery will be a major trend.The hip replacement surgery as the research background,platform-based virtual surgery simulation system, the introduction of interactive VR-related peripherals (data glove and position tracker), and through a single channel large screen projection display construct a three-dimensional immersive virtual surgical environment.The first is the skeletal anatomy model on the basis of manpower,according to the hierarchy of manpower, the curve modeling method using 3D modeling software 3 DS MAX constructed a three-dimensional model of virtual hand,and the use of surface modeling method to establish the virtual operating room operating room scene with surgical instruments,the hip 3D model is established using MIMICS. Secondly, Use of the new node to replace the collision detection node in the EON, EON's collision detection is based on the AABB bounding box, the poor tightness, we used 14-Dops bounding box collision detection, the new node can shorten the test time of the collision detection and the overlap with good tightness.Then, the peripheral 5DT data gloves and position tracker FASTRAK principles and methods of use were studied,and the communication process between the peripheral and the EON was studied, developed node in the EON to implement them dynamic virtual hand control tests.Finally, using EON and Visual C + + 6.0 to complete the virtual surgery system in the Windows XP system. Mainly set up stereoscopic display system, the establishment of EON X to complete the communication function between Visual C++ and EON, and use VR peripherals to complete the virtual hip replacement surgery interactive training simulation.Relevant results can show that the virtual hand model created in line with the characteristics of the physical structure of the manpower, the development of new nodes close good,VR peripherals and stereoscopic projection makes the immersion greatly enhanced, can serve as a pre-training simulation training for hip replacement surgery.
