The Study On Public Health Service Construction Of Basic Medical And Health Institutions In Heyuan

Health care related to the health of every people and the vital interests of the people.In order to provide people with convenient and efficient medical and health services,countries are focused on the development of medical and health services. China has experienced more than 30 years of medical and health system reform,exploring the health needs of the people's health,and providing a safe,efficient,convenient and inexpensive medical and health service system.In 2009, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council announced to the public on the deepening of the medical and health system reform (hereinafter referred to as"new medical reform"). The promulgation of the new medical reform not only brings unprecedented opportunities to the development of primary health care institutions, but also brings the full challenge. The most important task of the current new medical reform is the public service capacity building of the basic medical and health institutions. It is conducive to improving the accessibility of public health services, to the prevention and control of infectious diseases and the spread of chronic diseases and to narrowing the gap between the health gap and the level of basic medical and health services due to regional differences. However, at all levels of government implementation of the health care system reform process, exposed some deep-seated problems. Especially in the development process of basic medical institutions, some problems hindered the healthy development of basic health care services. For example the low quality of service, the poor management mechanism, the implementation is not in place, the introduction of talent and inadequate training and other issues.In this paper, I want to use the literature research, comparative reference and case study method to learn the medical management and the settings model from developed countries. According to the analysis of the present situation of the primary health care institutions in Heyuan City,to put forward countermeasures and suggestions in order to enhance the public service capacity of primary health care institutions in China, and promote the healthy development of primary health care in China.
