Objective:To establish the preparation process and quality standard of ManGan Fu?Hao Pill,which may provide basis for clinical medication.Methods:Comminuting technology: Study on the content of active ingredients of panax notoginseng,agilawood sinensis and angelica sinensis by different grinding degree,and study on the flour yield of the remaining medicinal materials.Preparation process: Investigate the mixing ratio of powder and honey.Sterilization process: determine the best dose of 60 Co for sterilization.Quality standard: Study on appearance,moisture,weight difference,identification,microbial limit of this product and preliminary stability study in 2015 Chp.Results:Pseudo-ginseng's minimum fine was increased by 0.08 % than fine powder in pns,Eaglewood's minimum fine was increased by 42.0 % than fine powder in agarotetrol,Angelica sinensis' s minimum fine was increased by 4.65 % than fine powder in ferulic acid.Peach seed,Radix rehmanniae recen,Ophiopogon japonicus and Plantain seed were crushed together with the rest of the medicinal materials after drying,percentage of flour is 83.92 %.Medicinal powder and honey according to 1:1.5 ratio hybrid is best.Minimum sterilization dose is 18.0 kGy,when SAL is 10-3.Determine qualitative identification method of angelica sinensis,ophiopogon japonicus,citron fruit,white atractylodes rhizome,astragalus mongholicus,radix aucklandiae,pseudo-ginseng and rooted salvia.German meteor expedition on humidity,weight differential and microbial limits were all comply with Chp.Conclusions:Through optimizing the preparation process of ManGanFu?Hao Pill,We established a stable and feasible molding protocol.Meanwhile,a set of quality standards was successfully developed to evaluate the quality of the granule.
