| Objective: By comparing the effect of deep, shallow stab T4 T5 Jia ji patients with ischemic heart disease ECG ST-T segment circumstances change,To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on the improvement of myocardial ischemia in patients with ischemic heart disease,so as to provide a reference for clinical effect of Jia ji acupoints.Method: Selected 72 IHD patients,According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into deep insertion group and superficial insertion group,36 cases in each group.Respectively, the two groups of acupuncture treatment, were once a day,6 times a week treatment,2 weeks for a course of treatment, observed after a course of treatment to assess the effect.Record the EKG and TCM symptom scores before and after the end of a course of treatment, and compare the ST-T segment of EKG and integral changes. Results: T4 T5 Jiaji points could improve the clinical symptoms in IHD patients.Among them,ST segment and T waves in the Ⅱ、Ⅲ、avF lead were compared before and after treatment(P>0.05).The ST segment and T waves of V4、V5 and V6 were compared between the two groups before and after acupuncture(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture T4 and T5 Jiaji points have definite effect on the treatment of ischemic heart disease, and the effect of deep acupuncture on improving myocardial ischemia is better than the superficial insertion. |
