The Contrastive Observation Of Immediate Effect Of The CHD Patients' EKG By Acupuncturing Jueyin-shu, Xin-shu And T₄-T₅ Jiaji

Object: To contrst the effect of Jue-shu,Xin-shu,T4 and T5 jiaji points for zang-fu diseases,and to provide proof for the clinical acupoints choosing by observing the immediate and lasting electrocardiogram (ECG) effect by acupuncturing Jueyin-shu, Xin-shu and T4- T5 jiaji of the coronary heart disease(CHD)'s patients under the same stimulative parameter.Methods: The patients were divided into two groups (Bank-shu and Jiaji points groups) stochasticly and comparatively.Self-contraction and 5 days intervals between two groups were used to reduce errors.30 cases that were diagnosed as CHD's patients in all were observed,4 falling off,26 in fact.ECG was recorded before and after acupuncturing 5min,15min,30min,60minutes and 1-2 days respectively.Comparison of ST,T waves of the immediate mutative instance and the lasting effect after acupuncturing 1-2 days within and between groups.Statistical analysis of the results was made.Results:Electroacupuncturing Bank-shu and Jiaji points can improve ST,T waves after acupuncturing 5min,15min,30min,60min of CHD patients(P < 0.05).The best effective periods after acupuncturing were 15min,30min.No significant difference (P>0.05) on the ST,T wave has been found under the same stimulative parameter and the effects were totally disappeared after acupuncturing 2 days between the above two groups. Conclusion: Electroacupuncturing Bank-shu and Jiaji points can improve ST,T waves immediately and having a lasting effect of CHD patients.
