The Clinical Study On Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction With Intravenous Fluid In The Treatment Of Spleen And Stomach Deficiency Of Hyperemesis Gravidarum

Objective: By observing the clinical therapeutic effect of taking Xiangsha Liu Junzi Decoction combined with Intravenous rehydration in the treatment of patientswith Spleen and Stomach Deficiency of Hyperemesis Gravidarum disease,and explore the mechanism,to find a more effective way for Chinese medicine treatment of pregnant women with hyperemesis.Methods: Select 50 patients who were in accordance with clinical diagnosis standard,randomly divided into two groups,such as treatment group and control group,each group has 25 cases,the treatment group were given Xiangsha Liu JunziDecoction combined with intravenous rehydration,the other group were only given intravenous rehydration.Compared the patients’ changes of the two groups before and after the treatment of the negative rate of urine ketone body,TCM symptoms points,clinical efficacy and other differences,so as to judge the results of the two groups of clinical effects.Results: 1 After treatment,the treatment group was superior to the other group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.2 After treatment,the combined effect of both groups and clinical syndrome were statistically significant(P <0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group.3 After treatment,the two groups of patients compared with clinical symptoms(P >0.05),indicating that the treatment group to improve the clinical symptoms more obvious.4 During the course of treatment,both groups of pregnant women did not show side effects and adverse reactions.Conclusion: Xiangsha Liu Junzi Decoction oral combination of intravenous infusion treatment of spleen and stomach weakness of hyperemesis pregnant hypnotic efficacy credible,safe and reliable.
