| Objective:Summarized the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,vertigo characteristics of different syndromes,Chinese medicine treatment of vertigo laid the theoretical foundation,build a sound medicine treatment vertigo evaluation system.Method180 patients with vertigo were selected from December 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital for treatment of patients,summarize the syndrome type,symptoms,etiology,gender,age and other aspects of information;stratified random,does not conform to the patients,the patients were divided into Chinese medicine group of 53 cases,53 cases of western medicine group and Western medicine group of 52 cases.According to TCM syndrome divided into yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,stagnation of phlegm and Qi Qing Yang does not rise 3 points,were given Zi Yin Pinggan Dingxuan decoction,phlegm Jiangni Zhixuan Decoction and Yiqi Wenyang tonic decoction,daily 1 agent,cent is taken two times;western medicine group was given nimodipine amlodipine orally,20 mg each time,3 times a day.Record the general clinical data,patients with past medical history,symptoms and diagnosis of vertigo and other relevant circumstances,respectively before treatment,1 weeks after treatment,2 weeks of vertigo patients,TCM symptoms score,dizziness and disability,treatment 1 months after the end of the treatment,the patient was followed up for 3 months.Result1.General data results: 158 patients were enrolled,according to the severity of the disease is divided into mild and severe,including 134 mild cases and 24 severe cases,off12 cases,excluding 10 cases,a total of 136 patients included in the efficacy analysis.The patients aged 25 to 92 years old,the average age(62.31 + 14.21)old age distribution is normal distribution,under the age of 40,80 over the age of onset less 40 years old to 79 years old with high incidence,especially 60 to 70 years old.Most patients were enrolled in the Chinese medicine group,53 cases,53 cases of Western medicine group,western medicine group of 52 cases,by chi square test each finished off,number,number,no significant difference between the elimination array(P>0.05).The dialectical typing analysis shows: the stagnation of phlegm type in 88 cases,the highest proportion for 55.7%,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type in 43 cases,accounted for 27.2%,Qi Qing Yang does not rise in 27 cases the proportion of 17.1%.2.Analysis of TCM syndrome and related factors in different disease type,no significant difference in the proportion of men and women(P=0.307),the average age is the highest Yinxuyangkang type,there were significant differences between groups(P=0.0023).In each type,the proportion of hyperactivity and hypertension accounted for the highest and other complicated diseases in three patients in the proportion of no significant difference(P>0.05).To compare the different type of score,can be seen in the vertigo severity scale score,Qi sun is not clear there are significant differences in type and phlegm on the disturbance type(P<0.05),the dizziness handicap inventory the score,no significant difference between various syndromes(P>0.05).3.The dialectical type and effect comparison: using the method of single factor analysis of variance test scores of three groups before and after treatment of vertigo,the results show that the effect is better than western medicine group and Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Using the method of single factor variance analysis,after treatment there are significant differences of the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group disability scale score,the treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.05).Patients with vertigo handicap scale reduction and there are significant differences between the scores of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine group(P<0.05).Comparison of stagnation of phlegm type syndrome total score before treatment.The Chinese medicine group’s total score than the western medicine group and Western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),after 2 weeks of treatment,the syndrome score of Chinese medicine group is better than western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),compared to the western medicine group and Western medicine group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionVertigo occurs in women,high age of 60-80 years old.According to TCM syndrome type,phlegm disturbance type highest incidence of dizziness,vertigo,followed by hyperactivity,Qi Qing Yang does not rise type lowest incidence.TCM Differential Treatment of vertigo and the overall effect is quite nimodipine.Phlegm Jiangni seasickness soup can significantly improve the phlegm disturbance type in patients with vertigo,dizziness,nausea,vomiting,and abdominal swelling swelling of the liver and other gastrointestinal symptoms,Dingxuan Pinggan Tang on hyperactivity in patients with vertigo and dizziness Vertigo symptoms improved significantly,Yiqiwenyang tonic soup for vertigo patients Deficiency lassitude symptoms improved significantly.Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine lower relapse rate and good long-term effect. |
