Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Lateral Collateral Ligament Injury Of Ankle Joint

Objective:the clinical curative effect of surgical treatment and conservative treatment in the overall comparison of ankle lateral collateral ligament injury,follow-up observation of the lateral ligament of ankle joint recovery of surgical treatment and conservative treatment after injury,and to provide a clinical basis for more effective theoretical guidance for clinical treatment of lateral ankle ligament injury.Methods:collected in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from ankle joint lateral collateral ligament injury in 155 cases,all cases were divided into two groups,a treatment group for surgery,a group of conservative treatment group and surgical treatment group using suture anchors for surgical treatment of ligament suture;conservative treatment group using bandage,nursing ankle,gypsum and braking,and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine cooperation were actively exercise.Functional recovery of patients after discharge were followed up and recorded the recovery effect,all patients were treated with Good lateral ankle ligament injury evaluation,the data is divided into partial injury of ligamentAnd the complete rupture of the ligament in two parts,the use of SPSS22.0 statistical software for analysis and processing,using the Fisher exact probability method for the analysis of the difference,that P<0.05 has statistical significance.Results:(1)slight ankle joint lateral collateral ligament injury(grade I,II)no statistically significant difference between the treatment effect(P>0.05).(2)for lateral ankle ligament injury is severe,has obvious differences between the two groups of patients with treatment,treatment group significantly better than the conservative treatment group(P<0.05).(3)compared the treatment effect,treatment effect of mild ankle joint lateral collateral ligament injury is superior to the lateral ankle ligament injury is severe[1,2].Conclusion:(1)ankle lateral ligament injury to surgery or conservative treatment;(2)for lateral ankle ligament injury of ligament fracture,no difference in the curative effect of surgical treatment and conservative treatment significantly;(3)lateral ankle ligament injury for ligament rupture,curative effect is obviously superior to conservative treatment;(4)using suture anchors for lateral ankle ligament injury repair compared with other surgical methods have obvious advantages.(5)whether surgery or conservative treatment,the lateral ligament of ankle joint injury patients should pay attention to early functional recoveryRehabilitation exercise...
