Objective: traditional Chinese medicine based on principles of kidney qi and the formula,combined VD scheme chemotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma(kidney and blood stasis syndrome),to observe the clinical curative effect and safety evaluation.Comparing with the results through the analysis,clear the superiority of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the disease,provide the basis for guiding clinical treatment,improve the clinical curative effect.Methods: the group of 40 patients with multiple myeloma,randomly divided into two groups.Observation group of 22 cases,combination VD scheme give kidney invigorate the circulation of chemotherapy.Control group 20 cases,simply give the VD scheme chemotherapy.After 4 cycles,to observe the curative effect of two groups of patients before and after treatment,including the proportion of plasma cells,bone marrow,peripheral blood,beta 2 M protein microglobulin,urea nitrogen,creatinine,and other physical and chemical index,improve clinical symptoms,syndromes,and adverse reaction of chemotherapy.Results: kidney and activating blood method combined VD scheme can obviously improve the clinical symptoms in patients with chemotherapy,improve the quality of life,reduce the side effects caused by chemotherapy,chemotherapy curative effect is superior to pure VD scheme.Conclusion: based on principles of kidney invigorate the circulation of formula,combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of multiple myeloma has better curative effect than pure western medicine treatment,clinical worth extending.
