The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Enforcing Spleen And Nourishing Kidney Therapy Combined With TCD Chemotherapy On Multiple Myeloma With Kidney Damage (Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of enforcing the spleen and invigorating the kidney on multiple myeloma with kidney damage(spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome),and to provide a new solution for the treatment of multiple myeloma with kidney damage by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Using prospective research methods,choose 40 patients who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM(Sichuan Hospital of TCM)from March 2017 to October 2018,and met the inclusion criteria were selected as subjects.Divided into treatment group and control group with 20 cases randomly.Both groups were accepted TCD chemotherapy,the subjects who were in the treatment group received Jiawei ShenlingBaizhu powder,another group received Bailing Capsule.Four weeks as a course of treatment,and the two groups were observed four courses.Observation items included serum creatinine,glomerular filtration rate,?2 microglobulin,urinary transferrin,cystatin C,uric acid,urine ?1microglobulin and 24-hour urinary protein quantification.Recorded all kinds of data in detail before and after the treatment,set up a database,analysed with SPSS22.0software.Result:1.Contrast the relevant indicators of renal function,all indicators declined,the difference was significant(P<0.05).2.Relevant indicators of renal function in the experimental group except U-TRF,were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).3.There was no difference in adverse reactions between experimental group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic regimen of the therapy of enforcing the spleen and invigorating the kidney(Jiawei Shenling Baizhu Powder)combined with TCD can improve the renal function related indexes of patients with multiple myeloma and kidney damage(spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome)significantly.
