Study On The Regularity Of Medication For Idiopathic Facial Paralysis Based On Apriori Algorithm By Professor Hu Zhiqiang

Purpose:This study collected and compiled by Professor Hu Zhiqiang on the treatment of acute idiopathic facial palsy prescription,by using Apriori algorithm,summarizes professor Hu Zhiqiang treatment of acute idiopathic facial palsy with common drugs and compatibility law,expand the ideas for the Chinese medicine clinical treatment of idiopathic facial palsy.Methods:Collected prescriptions that diagnosis of acute idiopathic facial paralysis treated by traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions by Professor Hu,extracted data sets of the oral prescriptions,using SPSS 17.0 to establish the frequency analysis of the database of idiopathic facial paralysis,then analysed these sets with SPSS Clementine 12.0 data mining software using Apriori algorithm to establish data mining model,using association rules Apriori algorithm to establish data mining model,set the maximum number referred to the preceding paragraph is 5,35% of minimum support and 95% of minimum confidence level,analysis of the degree of association between the drugs.Results: 101 treating idiopathic facial paralysis prescriptions were extracted.There were total 71 kinds of medicine involved,the total frequency of times were 1414,and the most frequently used was silkworm,it was used 93 times in total,37 of which frequency was used in more than 10 times,accounting for 90.17 percent of the total frequency.Through the analysis of the association rules to get 219 eligible rules in total,The most frequency drug appeared in all rules is honeysuckle,a total of 158.In all eligible rules,the medicine which have high confidence and support of rules are herba schizonepetae?the root of fangfeng,herba schizonepetae?forsythia,herba schizonepetae?honeysuckle,foliumisatidis?forsythia,foliumisatidis?honeysuckle,foliumisatidis?silkworm,forsythia + silkworm?honeysuckle,honeysuckle + rhizoma typhonii?silkworm,forsythia + rhizoma typhonii?honeysuckle,forsythia + rhizoma typhonii + silkworm?honeysuckle,ligusticum wallichii + forsythia + silkworm?honeysuckle,ligusticum wallichii + honeysuckle + silkworm?honeysuckle,the root of fangfeng + forsythia + silkworm?honeysuckle,the root of fangfeng + forsythia + silkworm?ligusticum wallichii,the root of fangfeng + honeysuckle + silkworm?forsythia,ligusticum wallichii + forsythia + rhizoma typhonii?honeysuckle,ligusticum wallichii + honeysuckle + rhizoma typhonii?forsythia,licorice + forsythia + rhizoma typhonii?honeysuckle,the root of fangfeng + licorice + forsythia?honeysuckle,the root of fangfeng + licorice + honeysuckle?forsythia and so on.Conclusion: Professor Hu Zhiqiang in the treatment of acute idiopathic facial paralysis period of prescription is relatively concentrated.Silkworm is the most important medicine of idiopathic facial paralysis treatment.By correlation analysis,drug compatibility law in the prescription can be dug out,and be used to provide methods and reference for clinical medication.
