| Objective:Through the study of conventional ultrasound Hashimoto thyroiditis(Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis,HT)of the thyroid size,shape,echo,blood flow signal,nodules and other factors,to explore the correlation between the TCM syndrome type,so as to provide auxiliary examination and treatment system of objective means of TCM syndrome differentiation,improve the syndrome differentiation system from microcosmic angle.Methods:This study collected 200 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis into standard cases,basic clinical data were recorded and the corresponding objective color information,TCM type,analysis using SPSS17.0 statistical software,observation of TCM syndrome type and color Doppler ultrasound in patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis of thyroid size,echo,blood flow,and other factors.The information correlation nodules.Result:Research shows that Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with age,gender and TCM syndrome types was not statistically significant(P > 0.01).Hashimoto’s thyroiditis patients with TCM syndrome type and imaging characteristics were statistically significant,liver qi stagnation syndrome type accounted for the first,followed by the fire of heart and liver,spleen kidney yang deficiency of thyroid function in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.The patients had statistical significance with TCM syndrome type(P < 0.01).Ultrasonography of thyroid size,echo,there was a statistically significant difference of blood flow and TCM syndrome type(P < 0.01),liver Qi Stagnation with normal thyroid size,cord like echo and uneven echo,blood flow is Often(level 0);excessive thyroid partial,cord like echo,rich blood flow(I,II);The spleen and kidney yang deficiency type of thyroid can be larger,mesh like echo,bar like echo,blood flow more normal(grade 0).Color Doppler ultrasound of thyroid nodules the TCM syndrome has no obvious correlation(P > 0.01).Conclusion:The size of the thyroid gland,Hashimoto’s thyroiditis ultrasonography echo,blood flow and there is a strong correlation between the TCM syndrome type,therefore thyroid ultrasound can be used as a basis for measures of micro differentiation,provide evidence to support the macro differentiation of Hashimoto’s disease. |
