| Objective: Through observation,analysis of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Sanyu Lishui anti VEGF drug Lei intravitreal injection of ranibizumab treatment of the disease,and to explore the mechanism of Zhongjing "negative blood water" theory to the clinical significance.Methods: 62 cases in Rizhao Traditional Chinese Hospital of ME definitely diagnosed by Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT)and Fluorescein Fundus Angiography(FFA)are divied into simple injection treatment group(30 eyes of 30 cases)and combined treatment group(32 eyes of 32 cases).The simple injection treatment group are treated with intravitreous injection with Ranibizumab 0.05 ml.The comprehensive group are treated with traditional Chinese medicine of water Sanyu method combined with intravitreous injection with Ranibizumab 0.05 ml.It can be intravitreal necessary repeated injection.The treatment effect were observed after 3 days,1 week,1 month,2 months,3 months,6 months of treatment.Testing contents include: Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT),Fundus Fluorescein Angiography(FFA)and fundus examination,the best corrected visual acuity,best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central macular thickness(CMT),local and systemic reactions.Results: 1.After the 6 months follow-up to the treatment,the injection times of single drug treatment group(3.15 + 0.33)was significantly higher than that of the combined treatment group(1.61 + 0.28),and the difference is statistically significant(t=5.61,P < 0.05).2.The CMT value patients between single drug treatment group and combined treatment group has no statistically significant difference before treatment(P = 0.37);Compared with before treatment,the CMT value also has no significant differences after 3 days treatment,1 week(P = 0.51);The CMT value is significantly reduced,and the difference is statistically significant after 1 month,2 months,3 months,6 months treatment(P < 0.05);the CMT value of the combination treatment group compared with single drug treatment is decreased,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Intraocular pressure does not change for before and after treatment,the difference is no statistically significant(P > 0.05).4.Applied international standard visual acuity for ? MAR logarithmic conversion,the BCVA was no significant difference between two groups(P > 0.05);BCVA also has no significant difference after 3 days,1 week treatment(P = 0.28);BCVA has significant difference after 1m,2m,3m treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 6 month treatment,BCVA values compared with those before treatment do not change significantly,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Compareing the difficence of ?MAR BCVA between before and afer treatment at lw,lm,2m,3m,6m in simple injection treatment with it in combined treatment group,it is statistically significant at all full time pionts which illustrates comprehensive treatment could improve more BCVA(P < 0.05).5.It has no systemic adverse reactions between the combined treatment group and single drug treatment group.There are 3 patients have small amount of subconjunctival hemorrhage in single drug treatment group,there are 2 patients have small amount of subconjunctival hemorrhage in combined treatment group,they are recovered after about 10 days.2 patient has an emergence of a transient high intraocular pressure after the injection,it is not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion: The water Sanyu method combined with intravitreal injection of ranibizumab,can effectively relieve macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion,prolong recurrence time,reduce ranibizumab repeated administration times,improve the therapeutic effect,the effective protection of visual function.Zhong Jing " negative blood water " point of view in the pathogenesis of vascular understanding eye disease caused by macular edema,which has important guiding significance to establish the condition evolution rule and the principle of treatment. |
