Analysis Of Relevant Risk Factors About Post-ERCP Pancreatitis And Hyperamylasemia Caused By ERCP

Objective To discuss which can be the risk factors that will lead to the common complications:PEP and hyperamylasemia caused by ERCP.Methods By analyzing 919 cases undergoing ERCP and meeting the inclusion criteria in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University in January,2014 to October,2016,we screened 8 factors to carry on Chi square test and Logistics regression analysis.Results A totol of 919 cases were analysed.722 cases were in normol group,44 cases were in PEP group,with morbidity of 4.79%(44/919);153 cases were in hyperamylasemia after ERCP group,with morbidity of 16.64%(153/919).Single risk factors analysis about PEP are EST、ENBD、EPBD、previous history of pancreatitis;Multiple risk factors analysis about PEP is previous history of pancreatitis 。 Single risk factors analysis about hyperamylasemia after ERCP are EST、EPBD、previous history of pancreatitis;Multiple risk factors analysis about hyperamylasemia after ERCP are the male sex、EST、EPBD、previous history of pancreatitis、common bile duct stentimplantation.Conclusion 1.The risk factor of PEP is previous history of pancreatitis;2.The risk factors of hyperamylasemia after ERCP are the male sex、EST 、 EPBD 、 previous history of pancreatitis 、 common bile duct stent implantation.
