Objective:The infection status and usage of PICC transfusion joint in patients with tumor were described. This paper discusses the relationship between skin allergy and catheter infection after PICC intubation in patients with cancer. The factors affecting skin allergy after indwelling catheter were analyzied, and the risk factors were determined. The incidence of catheter-related infection and skin allergy is decreased, the early intervention and treatment of skin allergy are emphasized, and the time of use is prolonged and the quality of nursing is improved. Methods:In this study,31 cases were tested for bacteria by three kinds of infusion joints(CLAVE needleless infusion joint,Separated needleless infusion joint and Heparin joint). The infection at the three infusion joints Condition and record the incidence of acupuncture injury in nurses using three infusion joints.A total of 186 patients with PICC tube tumors from March 2016 to December 2016 in Bengbu Third Municipal Hospital were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire on PICC patients. The occurrence of two kinds of complications, such as skin allergy and catheter infection, and the influencing factors of catheter-related skin allergy were analyzed.SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis, count data using x2 test or Fisher exact test, measurement data using t test or analysis of variance. Each variable is analyzed by single factor.A logistic regression analysis was carried out for the autocorrelation of P<0.05 in single factor analysis.Results:(1)CLAVE needleless infusion joint,Separated needleless infusion joint and Heparin joint in a total of 93 cases of infusion joints,6 cases of Staphylococcus epidermidis,4 cases were CLAVE needleless infusion joint,Separated needleless infusion joint and Heparin joint were 1 case, respectively. There was no statistically significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).(2)In 93 cases of transfusion joint,4 cases of needle-punched injury were occurred, all of them were heparin joints, and the difference of acupuncture injury between three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)A total of 186 patients with PICC tube tumors from March 2016 to December2016,56 cases were skin allergy patients, the incidence was 30.1%(56/186).In 56 cases of allergic patients, catheter infection in 7 cases,PICC catheter infection has an impact on the occurrence of skin allergy(P<0.01).(4)Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in sex, occupation, medical insurance, family annual income, tumor type and main caregivers(P<0.05)in skin allergies and normal patients. There were significant differences in residence, educational level, working condition and chemotherapy course(P<0.01).(5)Multifactor analysis showed that, the incidence of PICC-related skin allergy decreased significantly with the increase of chemotherapy times(P<0.01),a patient with a family or caregiver who takes care of a PICC skin allergy is less than the person who takes care of himself(P=0.017),living in rural areas, engaged in lower household chores and lower education is an independent risk factor for skin allergies in PICC patients. Conclusion:CLAVE needleless infusion joint,Separated needleless infusion joint and Heparin joint in the process of use of transfusion joint infection is no different, during the use of heparin joints prone to needle injury, medical safety brings hidden trouble.Patients with catheter-related infections are more likely to experience catheter-associated skin allergies. With the increase of chemotherapy times, the incidence of PICC-related skinallergy decreased.Low education level, unattended, living in the country prone to catheter-related skin allergy.Gender, occupation, medical insurance, family income and other factors have an impact on the occurrence of allergies, clinical care should be concerned about the assessment of these factors, and strengthen the catheter maintenance of patients with catheterization health guidance.
