Research Progress Of Esophageal Variceal Ligation In Treatment Of Esophageal And Gastric Varices Bleeding In Patients With Cirrhosis

Background:Esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding(EGVB)is one of the most common and severe complications of decompensated liver cirrhosis[1],it is dangerous,and bloodletting volume is large,often endanger the lives of patients.How to control bleeding in a timely and effective way is the key to clinical treatment.Endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation(EVL)has a significant effect in the prevention and treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding[2],at present,there are a lot of hospitals in China as it for the first choice of the treatment of esophageal varices.At the same time,EVL can combine with other endoscopic treatment,and achieved good results.In this paper,we reviewed the literatures of endoscopic varicose veins in the treatment of cirrhotic esophageal varices in the past ten years,It is expected to assist in the application of various techniques in esophageal variceal bleeding and explore more efficient treatments.Objective:Through the literature review of endoscopic treatment techniques such as esophageal variceal ligation in recent ten years,So as to provide some reference for the choice of a better treatment of esophageal and gastric varices bleeding.Methods:In“liver cirrhosis?varices?ligation?hardener?Tissue glue?adhesive?Sequential”and other keyword search to find out the related research about the esophageal variceal ligation of the literature from January 2007 to January 2017 included in the Chinese knowledge network database-CNKI,Wanfang digital journals group-Chinese biomedical literature database-CBM database and Pubmed et al,to get a comprehensive evaluation.Conclusion: EVL has high emergency hemostasis rate and varicose veins disappearance rate;rebleeding rate and the incidence of complications is low,the effect is significant,it is an effective and reliable treatment of EGVB.EVL combined with other endoscopic treatment methods,Enrich the content of treatment of esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding,and improve the treatment effect.
