Objective to explore the clinical effect of endoscopic ligation in the treatment of hemorrhage from gastric varicose. Methods A total of 38 patients who received treatment of gastroesophageal varices in the digestive department of the xx hospital were collected on January 1,2016,June 30,2017.The randomized grouping method was divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was 20 patients, they had been given endoscopic band ligation; The control group was 18 patients who received endoscopic injection of tissue adhesives. Both groups were followed up for 6 months, and observed the 24 h bleeding control, rebleeding rate, early rehemorrhage rate, gastric fundus varicose rate, gastric fundus varicose remission rate, adverse reaction rate.Result There were 7 cases and 10 cases of acute active hemorrhage in the experimental group and the rate of emergency hemostasis was 100%,both the early and recent bleeding rates in the experimental group were 0.In the control group, the bleeding rate was 0 in the early stage, and the recent bleeding rate was 5.6%(1/18).With 6 months follow-up,the total effective rate was 80.0%(16/20)and 72.2%(13/18)respectively in the experimental group and the control group.,and the disappearance rate of gastric fundus was 30%(6/20)and 27.8%(5/18)respectively.The remission rate was 50%(10/20)and 44.4%(8/18).The incidence of adverse reactions was 65.0%(13/20)and 61.1%(11/18).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(all in P >0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of endoscopic ligation gastric varices rupture hemorrhage is a safe, reliable and effective method and has a high emergency hemostatic rate, high rate of varicosis vein, less complications as the endoscopic tissue adhesive injection therapy, but the long-term curative effect to be related to clinical data further confirmed. |
