Objective: this paper mainly adopts the method of current situation description and exploration analysis to study the basic situation of health technical personnel in township health centers in Jiangxi province,flow situation and causes and factors affecting occupational loyalty of health technical personnel.To clarify the health technical manpower situation of township health centers in Jiangxi province in 2012-2014 and the main factors affecting occupational loyalty of health technology personnel,in order to stabilize the health technical talent team and to promote the rationalization process of health technology talents in township health centers in Jiangxi province.Methods: 1.to describe the overall situation of health personnel in township health centers in Jiangxi province.2.describe the flow situation and causes of health technology personnel in township health centers in Jiangxi province.3.analyze the relationship between the number of health technical personnel of township health centers and the basic operation of township health centers.4.explore and analyze the professional loyalty status and influencing factors of health technical personnel in township health centers.Results: the total number of health personnel in township health centers in Jiangxi province increased year by year,the inflow of health technology personnel was greater than outflow health technology personnel,the proportion of female inflow was larger than male,the age of mobile health technical personnel was mainly from 26 to 35,the average age was greater than the average age.The largest proportion of migrant workers in health technical personnel is junior college,and the inflow of personnel is higher than the outflow personnel.The title level of mobile health technical personnel is mainly junior professional title,the turnover of the title level is higher than the inflow personnel.The proportion of the turnover of medical practitioners(assistant)doctors is greater than the proportion of inflow,the proportion of nurses is greater than the proportion of outflow,the proportion of rural doctors is greater than the outflow proportion.The causes of the outflow are limited development prospects,low remuneration,convenient care for the family,and children's education,etc.the inflow is arranged in the form of social recruitment,transfer-in of other agencies and recruitment of jiesheng.The turnover of nurses in the staffing situation is greater,the turnover of the doctors is greater.There are obvious differences in the mobility of health technical personnel between the towns in Jiangxi province.The number of health technical personnel in township health centers is directly affected by hospitalization income,medical personnel expenditure,total medical personnel,total value of equipment and health management.The influencing factors of occupational loyalty of health technical personnel in township health centers are unit up space,pay return ratio,interpersonal relationship,unit management mode.Conclusion: in view of the current situation of health technical personnel in township hospitals of Jiangxi province,the government should further increase the input of township health centers,especially health personnel,and gradually establish and perfect the income distribution system.For the infrastructure construction should have priorities,give priority to the construction of talent team projects.Expand education training coverage and implement training effect.Promote personal development,set reasonable channels for health technical personnel of township health centers,actively guide public opinion to improve their social status,and give priority to solving their housing problems.Standardize the personnel system and assessment system of township health centers,reduce the situation of random secondments and human resources,improve the professional loyalty of health technical personnel in township health centers,and promote the development of health professionals.
