Cell autophagy is an important biological process of cells,it plays an important role in maintaining cell survival and its own steady state.Cell autophagy refers to use lysosomes to degrade the misfolded proteins and the damaged organelles in the cytoplasm. This process can reuse the intracellular degradation substances in order to maintain stable environment in the cell.It is not only a conservative self-defense mechanism for cells, but also amechanism of programmed cell death(PCD).Normal cells maintain at a low level of autophagy. When a cell is under the condition of unfavorable factors, its autophagy can be activated against unfavorable factors.Autophagy plays an important role in cancer occurrence, development, metastasis, recurrence and drug resistance, but the detailed mechanism of autophagy in these areas is still unclear.the relationship between Beclin1 autophagy gene and cervical cancer is: Beclin1 cell autophagy gene was lower expression in cervical cancer tissue than non-cervical cancer, the overall survival rate of cervical cancer was interrelated with the expression level of Beclin1 cell autophagy gene expression level, indicating that Beclin1 Autophagic genes play an important role in the development of cervical cancer. The relationship between Klotho autophagy gene and cervical cancer is that the expression of Klotho autophagy gene is significantly reduced in cervical cancer patients, and that most of the Klotho autophagy genes are in silence in cervical cancer. The occurrence ? the development ? the invasion ? and the ability of metastasis in cervical cancer is related to the expression of Klotho gene in cervical cells, and the less the expression rate is,the stronger the tumor occurrence, development, invasion and distant metastasis.Cell autophagy and human papillomavirus(HPV)infection: the HPV is through a variety of ways to inhibit cell autophagy, thereby promoting the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
