Objective:To explore the effect on pregnancy in the treatment of postlaparoscopy or post-laparoscopy combined with gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue(GnRH-a)for moderately severe endometriosis patients with infertility.Methods: During January 2011-December 2013 in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Care Service Centre,totally 144 infertile patients with confirmed diagnosis of moderately severe endometriosis,according to the patient's postoperative will divided into observation group and control group.Observation group for laparoscopic surgery combined gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue(GnRH-a),control group merely for post-laparoscopy.All patients were followed up for 2 years to compare the pregnancy rate and spontaneous abortion rate between the two groups.Results: In the fist year,the pregnancy rate of the observation group was 45/80(56.25%)obviously higher than the control group(26.56%).In the two years,the observation group of the pregnancy rate was 47/80(58.57%)significantly more than the control group(28.12%).Observation group pregnancy rates 45/80(56.25%)in the fist year was more than the second year 2/80(2.5%),the control group pregnancy rates 17/64(26.25%)in the fist year was more than the second year1/64(1.56%);among the two years observation group of abortions were 7 cases(15%),the number of abortions in control group were 3 cases(16.7%).Conclusion:Post-laparoscopy combined with GnRH-a can improve the pregnancy rate compared with post-laparoscopy only;In the time of pregnancy,both pure laparoscopic surgery and post-laparoscopy combined GnRH-a have a higher pregnancy rates within the fist year,infertile patients with moderately severe endometriosis have positive conception within the fist year after post-laparoscopy,more than one year can not be conceived as early as possible lines of ART. |
