Objective:To explore the effect of panax notoginseng saponins on the interface of tendon bone healing after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods:Experimental materials and groups:adult New Zealand white rabbits(Beijing Haidian District thriving experimental animal farms)27,male,before the experimental animal exercise good,can run,no joint swelling,limping and other abnormalities.The knee front drawer test was negative.27 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into a)blank control group;b)positive control group;c)experimental group.Manufacturing model Methods:Anesthesia(1 long extensor tendon ends with 1/0 wire weaving traction as a graft.Anterior cruciate ligament injury model was established by cutting the anterior cruciate ligament.Tibial tunnel entrance in the
