Objectives:To observe the change of Anterior chamber depth(ACD)of cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens(IOL)implantation,and indirect value the change of effective lens position(ELP1)about Zeiss603P and AMOZA90003 aspheric IOL in the eyes,to provides a reference for the clinical personalized selection of IOL power.Methods:60 patients(75 eyes)of aged-related cataract were divided into two groups:group A(54 eyes implanted with ZEISS603P aspherical IOL)and group B(21 eyes implanted with AMOZA9003 aspherical IOL)having phacoemulsification and IOLimplantation in bags at the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University.The axial length(AL),corneal curvature and ACD were measured using the IOL master before surgery.All patients used the SRK-T calculation formula and the Haigis calculation formula to calculate the predicted IOL power,best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)was measured at 1 day,1week,1month,3months after surgery.Analyzed the differences between the SRK-T formula and the Haigis formula in predict the power of IOL.Compared the differences about ACD and analyzed the change rugular about diffrent AL and IOL power between the two types of IOL preoperative and postperative 1 day,7 days,1 month,and 3 months.Results:1?The change of ACD:There was a tendency that the eyes impland with Zeiss603P was deeper withen a week after surgery(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference at the time of follow-up(p>0.05).the ACD was stable in the eyes impland with AMOZA9003 within 3 months(p>0.05).2?The remnant diopter:results showed that both Zeiss603P and AMOZA9003 predictive diopter were consistent in postoperative diopter(p>0.05).3?The relationship between IOL power and ACD:By analyzing the IOL power and the corresponding ACD changes observed,in Zeiss603P group,ACD increased with time(p<0.05)when IOL was 18?P<21D,21?P<24D and P>24D;Compared with the other three groups,the P?24D group was significantly higher than that of the other three groups(P<0.05),ACD didn't change with IOL power when implanted with AMOZA9003(p>0.05).4?The relationship between AL and ACD:Zeiss 603P group:when 22 ? AL<24mm,ACD increased with time(P<0.05).AMOZA9003 group's ACD in a steady state(p>0.05).5?the accuracy of calculation formula:The refractive status in 3months coincides with the predicted refractive results whether Haigis or the SRK-T calculation formula.Conclusions:1.The ACD of the eyes implanted with ZEISS603P and AMOZA9003 is stable at 3months after surgery,No similiar changes were found in the eyes implanted with the both.2.In the ZEISS603P group,IOL was shifted in the week after surgery,and the optical surface was attached to the posterior capsule.The myopic drift was accompanied by the change of ACD after one week.3.the larger IOL power the more backward in ZEISS603P group,and the smaller IOL power the smaller ACD changes.4.the shorter AL the more prone to backward shift in ZEISS603P group.5.The changes of ACD was not affected by the power of IOL and AL in AMOZA9003.6.Haigis formula and SRK-T formula in the prediction of IOL powers did not reflect the difference,can accurately predict postoperative diopter7.There was no significant difference in Haigis and SRK-T calculation formula in the prediction of IOL powers,both them can accurately predict postoperative diopter.
