| With the aging of population increasing,the development of national economy and the increase of income of residents,the demand for medical care is increasing in our country.Therefore,how to effectively manage the use of medical equipment,especially the management of large-scale medical equipment is directly related to the effective allocation of social resources.Under this background,this paper combined with the relevant data from January 2013 to June 2016 in our hospital S 3.0T MRI and 1.5T MRI equipment,using factor analysis method,evaluation method,the comprehensive evaluation index method,analysis of China’s S hospital in large medical equipment comprehensive benefits,and the factors affecting the comprehensive benefit of large scale medical equipment.The main innovation of this paper lies in: with the relevant data of a hospital,the effect of large medical equipment are analyzed and evaluated;the comparison for the current medical equipment effect evaluation system was carried out,and the use of three kinds of evaluation system of S hospital equipment of nuclear magnetic resonance effect carried out evaluation,comparative analysis results three evaluation system.Based on this,the article also analyzes the factors affecting the benefits of large medical equipment in hospitals,and puts forward relevant policy recommendations for the medical equipment management of S hospital according to the empirical results. |
