In recent years,governments at all levels actively encourage,support and guide socially-run medical into the field of health care,while the full liberalization of medical institutions around the establishment of approval,socially-run medical should also be the potential for rapid growth and development.It should be said that effective development of socially-run medical is the general trend of China’s medical and health system reform,but also an important supplement to the rapid development of medical and health undertakings,which not only broke the long-term "monopoly" of public medical institutions in the medical service market,but also to stimulate competition in the way to activate the entire health care market,to improve the level of medical services in China to improve the quality of medical treatment have a very important significance.But it is worth noting that in recent years,there are often some private medical institutions illegal violations of the phenomenon of media exposure,which "Wei Zixi event" is a recent typical event.In the field of public management research,how to strengthen the supervision of socially-run medical and maintain a good medical market order has become an important research topic.This paper takes Qingcheng District of Qingyuan City as an example,takes the socially-run medical status and supervision of Qingcheng district as the research object,and collects and argues the data through literature research,empirical investigation and communication interview.Based on the theory of public management knowledge as the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes and analyzes the current situation of a series of problems,and discusses the suggestions and countermeasures of promoting the development and supervision of socially-run medical in Qingcheng District.System design and system construction;Second,the establishment of a reasonable local government medical management of the government mechanism;Third,promote Qingyuan City Qingcheng District social supervision and management system;Fourth,explore the medical and health supervision of social governance model.
