| Objective:The patients were treated with basic blood pressure regimen combined with Bushen Hemai Decoction,and the therapeutic effect of urinary albumin was observed.The clinical efficacy of Bushen Hemai Decoction was evaluated,which provided a reliable basis for clinical treatment of community hypertension.Method:Based on our hospital "from the liver and spleen and kidney treatment of primary hypertension" three card three theoretical basis,according to the standard of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Medical Department "Hypertension traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment program",in Shandong Province,(N = 40000),of which 725 patients met mild to moderate(grade 1 and 2)simple systolic hypertension criteria,using prospective,randomized,controlled method(n = 40000),After the introduction of screening,the control group of 208 cases,kidney qi deficiency test group of 159 cases,the control group given non-drug treatment,combined with antihypertensive therapy;test group given non-drug treatment,combined with antihypertensive therapy,kidney and pulse side medicine Fried granules.Before and after treatment,urine albumin / urine creatinine ratio was measured.Data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0,and the changes of urinary microprotein / creatinine were evaluated before and after the test.Results: There was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in the microalbuminuria/ creatinine(UACR)in before and after treatment(P> 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion: Basic blood pressure regimen combined with Bushen Hemai Decoction of the antihypertensive program,can effectively reduce the community of patients with hypertension microprotein / creatinine ratio,suggesting a protective effect of the kidneys;compared with the use of chemical antihypertensive drugs alone,prompted to better to improve kidney function. |
