Clinical Observation Of Jiaweisuanzaoren Decoction In The Treatment Of Revascularization In Senile Patients With CHD Coexisting Depressive Symptoms

Objective: By observing Jiaweisuanzaoren decoction in the treatment of evascularization in senile patients with CHD coexisting depressive symptoms,in order to improve the quality of life in patients with CHD,and to reduce patients psychological pain.Methods: In the experiment,we devide the 60 cases of the old people who meet our criterias in patients with depression after coronary heart disease and revascularization into treatment group and control group.Each group of 30 cases.Clinical intervention study lasted for 8 weeks.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment and the treatment group were based on the use of Jiaweisuanzaoren decoction therapy treament.At the end of treament,we observed the changes of TCM clinical symptoms,depression scale,and Seattle angina questionnaire,and used SPSS17.0 software to analyse our information.Finally we compared the differences between the two groups and draw a conclusion.Results: The two groups are comparable in terms of baseline condition.The totle effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the control group was 76.67%.The TCM syndromes,blood fat,depression scale score and Seattle angina questionnaire of the treatment group were improved significantly compared with the control group.In the safety indexes of the two groups,there was no obvious adverse reaction.Therefore,Jiaweisuanzaoren decoction not only can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the elderly,but also can enhance the qulity of life.Conclusion: Jiaweisuanzaoren decoction not only can obviously improve the symptoms of CHD after revascularization coexisting depressive symptoms,but also can reduce blood lipid levels and improve the qulity of life.
