| Aim : To investigate the effect of Shenmai Shenfu injection to postoperative inflammation and lower limb deep venous thrombosis in elder total hip arthroplasty.Material and methods:Record 120 elder male patients standomly with total hip arthroplasty since January to December at 2015,divided into two group,group C and group S.to set standards for inclusion,exclusion and falling off.During the anesthesia and operation,operating last time,blood lost,blood transfusion,urine volume,body temperature,respiration rate need to be record.Given Shenmai injection intravenous 30 min before the surgery beginning,and then Shenfu injection administered 30 min before the surgery was done in group S,given the 0.9% saline same as group S in group C.take the blood sample to detect the laboratory index and clinical index related to postoperative inflammation and lower limb deep venous thrombosis.Results:There is no statistic meaning to compare the general information of the two groups;there are 2 patients with postoperative inflammation sign shown up in group C,none of them in group S;there are big difference on white cell,neutrophils,IL-1,IL-6,TNF-?,C response protein,D-two polymer,P-selective element,COR,ACTH,GLU to compare the group S with group C;there are seven patients with sign of lower limb pain and edema in group C,and four patients were found in group S through physical examination;there are 11/60 patients were found thrombus in group S and 17/60 in group C through color Doppler ultrasound.Conclusion:The shenmai shenfu injection is significantly able to decrease the incidence of postoperative inflammation in elder patients with total hip arthroplasty.The shenmai shenfu injection is significantly able to decrease the incidence of lower limb deep venous thrombosis in elder patients with total hip arthroplasty.The shenmai shenfu injection can relieve the perioperative stress response of the patients with total hip arthroplasty. |
