Design And Realization Of Electronic Medical Record System And Data Statistic

With the development of medical and health services, the hospital information requirements are getting higher and higher. The traditional hospital information system has been unable to meet the needs of the hospital, electronic medical records system has appeared. Electronic medical records system is no longer a simple paper records into computer electronic medical records, it needs to have the patient's data storage, management,analysis and other functions.In this thesis,based on the actual demand of a hospital and the medical information system as the background. On the basis of the detailed analysis of the existing problems and the actual demand in the existing system, this thesis designs a solution of the electronic medical record system combined with the SPSS statistical function. The main research included the following:(1) The thesis first introduced the current situation of electronic medical record system,as well as in the existing electronic medical record system in the statistical analysis of the status quo, analysis of the existing system of electronic medical records management and statistical analysis of the existing problems.(2) Based on the actual needs of a hospital and on the basis of the existing electronic medical record system, the functional design of electronic medical records for chronic patients was completed.(3) Based on analyzing the existing problems of the existing system, a new data integrity verification and automatic generation of medical records function has been designed, and the system performance and stability has been improved.(4)Based on the existing system, combined with SPSS's .NET plug-in, the communication function of SPSS statistical software is realized. The SPSS powerful data statistics and graphical statistical functions have been added into the system.(5) The system is designed with the three-layer architecture, and the "medical examination" electronic medical record system for the patients with chronic diseases is completed. The test and the data of the statistical analysis are combined with SPSS.
