Aged tendency of population leads to the rapid growth of chronic diseases patients,which has becorne a major threat to the health of residents in China, In recent years,the number of deaths from chronic diseases is increasing year by year. The traditional medical model causes a serious shortage of medical resources. "Difficult to see a doctor" has become a common problem of chronic patients. Therefore, it is of great social significance to establish a system for assisting the diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases.In view of our current chronic disease prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and the actual needs of patients, the chronic disease auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system,using mobile Internet technology, creates the three sub-diagnosis mode of "chronic disease patients - community hospital - large hospital". It helps patients improve efficiency and reduce expenses, build self-health management in the family environment. The system monitors human physiological data of chronic patients, sorts and analyzes the data, realizes the function of electronic records management, dangerous alarm, intelligent diagnosis,online communication and health education, provides service of information recorded,information statistic, information query, diagnosis and treatment, also online communication for doctors. Arm to prevent or delay the occurrence of complications, improve the health status of chronic disease patients in china.The system focused on the realization of the intelligent assistant diagnosis and treatment,instant communication scheme for mobile client and server. Taking into account the user needs and technical feasibility. The system selects Android as mobile client platform. The communication between client and server is realized by HTTP and SOCKET network technology. PC client was designed as B/S structure. Tomcat is elected as the web server.The system build data storage management of chronic disease database by MYSQL.The final test shows that the diagnosis and treatment system of chronic diseases based on mobile Internet is reasonable, stable and functional, and plays an active role in the self-health management of chronic diseases. It is worthy to be promoted.
