| Objective: To evaluate expressions of cytokines TNF-a?IL-6?CDX2 of niweikang in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods: We selected 220 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis from June2014 to October 2015 in digestive clinic of our hospital.Everyone would do C13 breath test.If they were associated with HP infection.After treatment,we must comfirm that HP had been cleared up by C13 breath test.Chronic atrophic gastritis patients were divided into two groups randomly.118 patients of treatment group were given niweikang treatment and 102 cases were given weifuchun treatment,and 30 cases of healthy people were enrolled in the study.220 patients were treated for 5 months.All groups would do gsatroscopy and blood test before and after treatment.They all signed informed consent form before treatment.the clinical efficacy,endoscopic changes,pathological changes of serum,the level of TNF-a?IL-6?CDX2 and safety indicators of the patients would be observed before and after treatment.Results: Clinical,endoscopic and pathological outcomes of the niweikang treatment group were as well as those of weifuchun control group(P<0.05);The level of TNF-a and IL-6 of the niweikang and weifuchun group were higer than those of control group before treatment(P < 0.05).TNF-a and IL-6 levels of niweikang and weifuchun treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment(P < 0.05).CDX2 levels of niweikang and weifuchun treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The level of TNF-a and IL-6 of the niweikang and weifuchun group were higer than those of control group before treatment.It means that TNF-a and IL-6 may be the intrinsic factors of chronic atrophic gastritis.2.The level of TNF-a and IL-6 of the niweikang and weifuchun group were lower than before after treatment.It means that niweikang is benificial to chronic atrophic gastritis,because niweikang like weifuchun can reduce the level of TNF-a and IL-6.3.The level of CDX2 of the niweikang and weifuchun group were lower than before after treatment.It means that niweikang is benificial to chronic atrophic gastritis likeweifuchun,because niweikang can reduce the level of CDX2.4.The level of TNF-a?IL-6 and CDX2 of the niweikang was as same as weifuchun group before and after treatment.It indicates that niweikang like weifuchun shows a good efficacy in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic,and its mechanism of effect may be related to the reduce of TNF-a?IL-6?CDX2. |
