Clinical Effection Of Zisheng Granules On Chronic Atrophic Gastritis And The Effect Of BLI Gastroscope Grading And Pathology On Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective: To explore the clinical effects of Zisheng Granules on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and the effects of blue laser gastroscopy on the classification of gastric mucosa atrophy,gastric mucosa morphology,pathology and other indicators.Methods: Eighty patients who met the inclusion criteria were taken as the research object,and were divided into a treatment group and a control group of 40 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Weifuchun tablets.The treatment group was based on the treatment of the control group The patients were treated with Zisheng Granules for oral treatment for 6 months.The changes of TCM symptom scores,microscopic atrophy classification,gastric mucosal morphology,pathology and other indicators were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.TCM symptom score comparison:(1)After 3 months of treatment,the gastric cavity of the two groups of patients was full or painful,the stomach likes to press,tiredness,fatigue,shortness of breath,loose stools,eating less and dull,and the symptoms of epilepsy after eating Before the treatment in this group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparisonbetween the two groups.The treatment group improved the symptoms of gastric fullness or pain,stomach compression,shortness of breath,and loose stools.Both were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effects of the two were similar in terms of improvement of fatigue,lack of appetite,and symptoms of anorexia after eating.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)After 6months of treatment,the score of each symptom of the two groups of patients was lighter than that of this group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group had gastric cavity fullness or pain,stomach upset Compression,tiredness,fatigue,shortness of breath,lax stools,loose stools,and symptoms of postprandial dysphoria were all better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)Whether it is the third month after treatment or the sixth month after treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms of the two groups of patients is lower than that of this group before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),the two groups Compared with each other,the reduction of total symptom scores of patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 89.47%,the total effective rate of the control group is 78.95%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Gastroscopy comparison:(1)After 6 months of treatment,the gastric atrophy and morphological classification of gastric mucosa in both groups were significantly improved compared with those in this group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between the two groups,the results showed that the treatmentgroup was better than the control group in improving the degree of atrophy and gastric mucosa morphology(P<0.05).4.Comparison of pathological effects: After 6 months of treatment,the activity,chronic inflammation,atrophy,and intestinal metastasis of the two groups of patients were lighter than those of this group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of the degree of atrophy is better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the two are equivalent in terms of chronic inflammation and improvement of the degree of intestinal transformation(P>0.05);5.Security comparison: No serious adverse events occurred in both groups during treatment.conclusion:1.Zisheng Granules can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and weak spleen and stomach,and the clinical effect is good.2.Zisheng Granules can significantly reduce the grade of gastric mucosal atrophy and improve the shape of atrophic mucosa.To a certain extent,it can alleviate the pathological status of chronic inflammation,activity,atrophy and intestinal transformation of gastric mucosa,it is worth further research and promotion.
