| ObjectTo investigate the effects of narrative therapy on the change of memory content in patients with traumatic stress disorder.MethodsAll participants came from a city from October 2015 to October 2016.Because of the existence of research object and avoid the interference of body disease,20 cases were the intervention group and 15 cases were the normal control group.All cases were asked to complete general situation questionnaire,post traumatic stress disorder checklist civilian version(PCL-C),wechisler memory scale(WMS),HAMA(Hamilton Anxiety Scale),HAMD(Hamilton Depression Scale).The intervention group were intervented by the narrative through the professional therapists.Results1.After the narrative therapy,the memory content of the memory content was improved,and it’s was statistically significant((P < 0.05);2.Level memory change after narrative therapy,picture memory(P < 0.05),understanding memory(P< 0.05)and anxiety(P < 0.05),depressive symptoms(P < 0.05)and stress disorder symptoms(P < 0.05)was statistically significant,and visual recognition,visual reproduction associative memory and recitation was not statistically significant.(p≥0.05).3.In the analysis of risk factors of PTSD,the gender(P < 0.05),memory loss(P < 0.05)was statistically significant,while in physical damage(p≥0.05),educational level(p≥0.05),economic pressure(p≥0.05)and age(p≥0.05)was not statistically significant.Conclusion1.The narrative therapy has a significant effect on improving the recovery of memory content in patients with post-traumatic stress disorder.2.The stress symptoms and the symptoms of depression and anxiety of patients exposed to traffic accidents were improved;... |
