Objectives Through the study of urinary iodine levels in patients with autoimmune thyroiditis(AIT)and urinary iodine levels in healthy subjects, the relationship between AIT and urinary iodine. To observe the effect of selenium combined with low iodine diet on thyroid peroxidase antibody and thyroglobulin antibody(Tg Ab)in patients, and to evaluate the effect of selenium combined with low iodine diet on AIT treatment,Provide scientific theoretical basis. Methods 1 Determination of urinary iodine in patients with autoimmune thyroiditis?A total of 150 patients with AIT who were treated with endocrinology from Tangshan City Workers' Hospital from November 2015 to July 2016 were selected to determine urinary iodine levels in patients,And take the same time in our hospital physical examination center of the normal adult 100 cases(thyroid no enlargement, normal work,no autoimmune diseases)as a health examination group and the determination of urinary iodine levels,And the collected 150 cases of AIT patients with urinary iodine for clinical comparison and analysis.SPSS 18.0 was used to data verification,Statistical analysis was performed using Mann-Whitney U test and chi-square test. The correlation between them was analyzed by spearman correlation analysis,P<0.05 was statistically significant.2 Effects of selenium combined with low-iodine diet on autoimmune thyroiditis. In this study,123 patients with AIT were selected and divided into four groups according to the assigned method.Thirty-two cases of selenium supplementation group,31 cases of low iodine diet group,30 cases of selenium combined with low iodine diet group and 30 cases of control group Not treated.Comparison of four groups of patients before treatment and three months after treatment and six months corresponding to the thyroid function and their own related antibody changes.SPSS18.0 software package to be tested, will not meet the normal distribution of data for logarithmic conversion after the statistical test, the count data using the mean value of the standard deviation(?),multi-group comparison analysis of variance analysis and other statistical methods,P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results 1 1)The median urinary iodine(MUI)of AIT patients was 346.81 ug / L,and the median urinary iodine in the physical examination group was 194.92 ug / L.TheMann-Whitney U test showed that the urinary iodine levels of the two groups were statistically significant(Z=3.16,P=0.0008).AIT patients with urinary iodine levels higher than healthy adult urinary iodine levels;2)Urine iodine is divided into <100ug / L,100~199.99 ug / L,200~299.99 ug / L,>300ug / L four levels..The results showed that the distribution of urinary iodine frequency in the two groups was statistically significant(?2 = 56.8726,P<0.05).The use of chi-square test, the two groups of urinary iodine composition ratio analysis, found that the physical examination group urinary iodine levels between 100~ 199.99 ug / L constitute a larger;AIT group urinary iodine levels in the 200~299.99 ug / L And>300ug / L accounted for a larger proportion,3)The level of TPOAb in patients with AIT and their urinary iodine levels Tg Ab were not significantly changed, and the levels of TSH,FT3,FT4 and Tg Ab were not significantly changed in the four groups of AIT patients treated with selenium supplementation group, low iodine diet group, selenium combined with low iodine diet group and control group The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),The levels of serum TPOAb were decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).And the difference of TPOAb level between the selenium supplemented and the low iodine diet group was larger than that of the control group.Compared with the control group, the level of TPOAb was significantly higher than that of the control group at 3 months and 6 months after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TPOAb level between the three months after treatment and 6 months after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions 1 AIT urinary iodine levels higher than the health examination group, iodine intake and the incidence of AIT.2 There was no correlation between TPOAb and urinary iodine in patients with AIT.3 Selenium combined with low iodine diet can significantly reduce the level of TPOAb,for AIT have a certain therapeutic effect.
